She was born in 1947 in Tokyo, Japan.  She studied jewelry making under Yasuhiko Hishida and  Minato Nakamura. Since 2004 she has participated in several Japan Jewelry Art Competition and Japan Craft Exhibition. Some awards won: Japan Jewelry Art Competition Encouragement Award (2012-2014); Japan Jewelry Art Competition Invited Jury Award (2013), Cominelli Award Special Mention (2015); Dialoghi – Italia-Giappone Gioielli contemporanei (2015).

She looks at Japanese traditional patterns such as SEIGAIHA, ASANOHA and KIKKO and tries to introduce the Japanese design into her works. She creates jewelry that has both Japanese atmosphere and modernity. She cuts away very small portions from a 970 silver plate using coping saws to make patterns.

In 2021 she participated in the Jewelry Selection contest DAZZLE ME! with the brooches Dynamism 1 and Dynamism 2.
She looks at Japanese traditional patterns such as SEIGAIHA, ASANOHA and KIKKO and try to introduce Japanese design into her works. Eiko creates jewelry that has both the Japanese atmosphere and modernity.
To create the two jewels she cut away very small portions from a 970 silver plate using coping saws to make patterns. The end result resembles a big sea and is painted using white and gray colors.
