She is an archaeologist specialising in archaeological illustration, and a jewellery designer/maker working mostly on contemporary jewellery.

Her ultimate purpose through her work is to create a palimpsest of materials and meanings that transforms thoughts and feelings in three-dimensional forms and give a symbolic value to the final piece.

At the same time she emphasizes the interaction of the person with the piece; a piece that can be transformed and worn in various ways, thus getting a different use and meaning that is unique for the person and their cosmos.
