Olaf Riedel gained practical experience in sectors of shipbuilding and woodprocessing. After successful studies at the University of Wuppertal, department industrial design, he worked freelance for several design studios.
In 1996 he is co-founder of “Werkatelier Halle”.
In 2012 he founded the label “olaf riedel”.
He is publishing and manufacturing own designs either individually on commisson or in small series.
