Poetry dishes. Poetry of taste and poetry of life
Ceramic and Contemporary Porcelain.
Thoughts to feed a sustainable planet.
Since 2014 Patrizia Pompeo has designed and produced Poetry Plates: porcelain plates with poetic writings handwritten with nib and polish baked between 700 ° – 900 °. She started with food as it is a highly suggestive theme, that she explores in its sustainable and alimentary, poetic, sacred, playful aspects.
So doing she created a tribute to great authors and authors of poetic verses dedicated to food, considered not only as an indispensable nourishment, but as an element of extraordinary vitality.
She works also with verses that although not dedicated to food, are dedicated to nourishing the soul and daily life.
