One of the main themes of Venice Design Week 2015 is the silk screen printing, a journey from the traditional technique to the more innovative one. But what is the silk screen printing? It’s a permeographic printing technique, that uses a particular fabric, called serigraphic fabric, stretched on a piece of wood or metal.

On Monday 5 October 2015 Gianpaolo Fallani will hold a workshop in his laboratory Fallani in Venezia about the traditional silk screen printing for new artists, graphics, art lovers that want to know much more about these old techniques. From 1968 Fallani Group is trying to create a continuity toward past, present and future and its aim is the creation of powerful collaborations with art lovers, art dealer, art diffuser.

To attend is not necessary any previous experience, but we suggest to be part of the presentation of Saturday 3 October 2015 (from 10 to 11), but it is not mandatory.
