Sabina Dragusanu has been making jewelry since the age of twelve, and what began as a hobby has become a passion. She moved to London in 2014 and she graduated at Central Saint Martins College in Jewellery Design in 2017.
Awarded with the Best Design Award by Theo Fennell in 2017, her works have been exhibited in Europe and around the world.
Sabina’s craftsmanship chooses a different way, far from the conventional materials of jewelry: passionate and attentive to issues concerning nature and the planet, her work expresses her activism and commitment.
“Being an avid nature lover, my biggest nightmare is currently a reality: pollution and environmental emergency (…)”, she states. “Lately I’ve been exploring the different ways of recycling plastics. (…) I believe that we need to use more of what we have and create less of what we don’t have”.
The artist exhibits during Venice Design Week 2020 inGALLERY at the S.Eufemia Studio Art Gallery.
