The engineer Paolo Foletto (maker) will introduce us into the world of the the 3D print and will show to all the participants how to realize a model ready to be printed and later on how to print some other models under his supervision.

One of the aims of this lab is let the people use a complete free system; starting from the design of a little 3D model, through the help of a free program called Sketchup, the participants will be able to create a small three-dimensional object.

This meeting will deal with various topics such as: the application areas of the 3D print; the utilization of personal 3D printer; the effect of this kind of print on the production of the main technologies; the method to convert the model into the real object.
